- Submission Period:

- Related forms and templates are available in the Graduate School website → Thesis Resources section. Students who fail to submit the required documents within the designated period will not be eligible to apply for thesis examination.
- Research Ethics Training (Online):
1. Sign up for and log in to the Alpha Campus platform operated by the National Human Resources Development Institute of Science and Technology.
2. Navigate to Search and enter "Research Ethics for Graduate Students."
3. Enroll in and complete one of the following courses: ● Research Ethics for Graduate Students (Humanities & Social Sciences)
● Research Ethics for Graduate Students (Science & Engineering).
4. After completing the course, print the Certificate of Completion.
5. Submit the certificate to the Graduate School Academic Affairs Office.
(For optimal access, the use of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome is recommended.)

Submission of Thesis / Creative Project Report for Examination

- Master’s students: Submit 4 spiral-bound copies
- Doctoral students: Submit 6 spiral-bound copies
- Submit to the Graduate School Academic Affairs Office
- 2Thesis Plagiarism Check Report
- To print the report: Click the Download icon in the Results section → View Details → Print
- Do not select “Download Comprehensive Results.”

- 3Recommendation Form for Master’s/Doctoral Thesis Examination Committee Members (Form No. 4)

- Students who fail to submit the Thesis (Creative Project Report) for Examination within the designated submission period will not be eligible for thesis examination.
- The Thesis (Creative Project Report) for Examination must comply with the University's thesis formatting and writing guidelines.
- When submitting the thesis for examination, the Thesis Plagiarism Check Report must be submitted together with the thesis.

- [Doctoral Program Only] When submitting the Preliminary Thesis Examination Report, candidates must also submit documentary evidence of their publication record (offprints/reprints) demonstrating compliance with the requirements specified in the Graduate School Degree Conferment Regulations (Article 9, Paragraph 5; Appendix 1) to the Graduate School Academic Affairs Office. Failure to submit the required documentation will result in ineligibility for the final thesis examination.
- Procedure for Reporting Publication Records:
1. Access the Graduate School website (gr.nsu.ac.kr).
2. Go to Graduate School Portal → 로그인 → 졸업 → 논문게재실적.
3. Click 신규.
4. Enter 상세정보 입력 and 저장.
5. Print the record and submit it together with the supporting documents.

Final Thesis / Creative Project Report Submission

- Approval and signature from the academic advisor are required.
- To print the report: Click the 다운로드 icon in the Results section → Select 상세보기 → Print the report.
- Do not select “종합결과 다운로드.”
- 5Application for Change of Thesis (Creative Project Report) Title
- Required only if the title of the final thesis differs from the title approved in the thesis proposal.
※ Files for Items 1–4 must be uploaded online.
